Who these messages are from, and who gets them

Resale Station is the internal workforce and warehouse operations platform of EaseTrade LLC. Text messages sent through it go only to our own employees, about their own work. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send text messages to customers or to anyone outside the company.

How you opt in

An employee opts in by entering their own mobile number in their Resale Station employee profile and checking the box agreeing to receive operational text messages from EaseTrade LLC. The date and time of that agreement is recorded against their employee record. Nobody is enrolled by a manager, by import, or by default — the number and the agreement both have to be entered by the employee.

What we send

• Publication of the weekly staff schedule, and changes to your own shifts
• Approval or denial of time-off, shift-swap and availability requests
• Open shifts you are eligible to claim
• Confirmation of a callout you have reported
• Warehouse exceptions that need attention, such as a parcel shipped without an item

How often

Message frequency varies by role and by what happens in a given week. It is typically 0 to 10 messages per week. There is no fixed schedule: messages are sent when one of the events above actually occurs.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. EaseTrade LLC does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving them depending on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. You can also opt out at any time by unchecking the text message box in your Resale Station employee profile, or by asking your manager.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your job, your schedule, or your access to Resale Station. Everything sent by text is also visible when you sign in.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives.

Your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are stored in our private database and used only to send the messages described above. See the Privacy Policy for how the rest of your data is handled.
