What Resale Station records about you when your employer uses it · Version 2026-09-13

Your employer (or the business that engaged you) runs its operation on Resale Station, made by EaseTrade LLC. Your employer decides what the Service is used for and is responsible for telling you what the law where you work requires. This page explains, plainly, what the software records about you and who sees it, so that nothing here is a surprise.

What is recorded

• Your profile: name, work email, job title, role, and the permissions your employer gives you.
• Your schedule and any changes to it.
• Time clock: when you clock in and out, on which tablet, and — if your employer has switched the tablet camera on — a photograph at clock-in and clock-out. The photograph exists so a person can check who pressed the button if a punch is questioned. It is not analysed by software, no facial template is made from it, and it is deleted automatically 90 days after it was taken.
• Your work in the software: the bins you scan, the orders you pack, the counts you do — the records the job produces.
• Text messages: only if you opt in, your mobile number, so your schedule can be texted to you. Reply STOP at any time; opting in or out never affects your job in the software.
• Sign-ins: when you signed in and what kind of device you used.

Who sees it

Your employer's owners and the managers it names. Not other companies on the platform: every company's records are kept apart and the database enforces it. EaseTrade LLC's platform administrators can see it only to support your employer, and that access is logged.

Your rights

Ask your employer to see or correct what is held about you; if you would rather write to us, email [email protected] and we will route your request to your employer and help it answer, and meet any duty of our own. Nothing in the Service's terms with your employer waives any right you have under employment or wage law.
